Project Title: patients statics monitor system with Ai powered chat
Description:
NexPulse is a full-stack web-based health monitoring platform that continuously tracks patients' vital signs — including heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), blood pressure, glucose, sleep quality, and daily activity — and streams them in real time to both patients and their assigned doctors through dedicated dashboards. The platform solves three critical problems in modern healthcare: patients cannot interpret raw biometric data on their own, doctors only see patients in brief appointments and miss what happens in between, and health data from different devices lives in disconnected silos with no way for a clinician to see the full picture. NexPulse bridges this gap by connecting patients, clinicians, and an AI assistant called PulseAI — powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini — which reads each user's live vitals as context and answers health questions in plain language without fabricating data. The system includes real-time doctor–patient messaging, automated risk triage that classifies every reading as Stable, Watch, or Critical and alerts the assigned clinician instantly, a doctor discovery and assignment flow, and direct Bluetooth device integration that streams live heart-rate data from standard BLE chest straps into the platform without any app installation. Built entirely with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, PostgreSQL (via Supabase) with row-level security on the backend, and Vercel serverless functions for secure AI inference, the platform runs entirely in a browser at near-zero infrastructure cost. NexPulse matters for the future because it demonstrates that the gap between consumer health wearables and real clinical care can be closed with modern web technologies alone — making continuous, AI-assisted health monitoring accessible to patients and clinicians anywhere in the world, without expensive hardware, native apps, or hospital-grade IT infrastructure.
